A proposal or design can look ready while key technical links remain weak. QSLS checks the materials your team provides and measures how well the proposed solution lines up with what is required.
Your team gets findings it can review, explain, and use to guide its work.
What must the solution do?
What technical rules apply, and how is the solution meant to work?
How well does the proposed solution line up with those requirements, standards, and mechanisms?
The report includes correlation and confidence values for the relationships QSLS evaluates. It shows strengths, gaps, and areas that need a closer engineering review.
Find gaps your engineering team can address before a project review.
Give reviewers measured findings they can use to question weak technical claims.
Check the proposed solution against what the customer asked for before submission.
Each report turns your supplied materials into measured findings your team can review, explain, and act on.
Depending on your needs, analysis can span up to 33 measurement areas — including MOSA, cybersecurity, risk, and more.
Noah Labs used a QSLS report to avoid developing a bid for an RFP where they lacked a critical, previously unseen clearance — before sinking time and cost into a proposal they couldn’t win.
A QSLS analysis of the NATO Stormquant program surfaced numerous deficiencies — findings clear enough that NATO chose to drop the project rather than push a flawed solution forward.

Your firm leads the proposal, engineering advice, and client relationship. QSLS provides architecture measurement as part of your team’s work.
We agree on the scope, client permission, and how findings will be shared before analysis begins.
A pilot is meant to prove QSLS on your own work — so we make it safe to try.
Not sure it fits? Book a no-obligation scoping call before you spend a dollar. We'll tell you up front whether your RFP or solution is something QSLS can measure.
After purchase we confirm scope and required materials. If it turns out QSLS can't measure your solution, you don't pay for it — your pilot fee is refunded.

Scope, timing, data handling, and where QSLS is — and isn't — the right measurement.
It depends on which analysis you want. To analyze an incoming RFP, we need its technical portion: the statement of work or performance specification, the technical requirements, and any standards it references. To check a proposed solution, we also need the technical solution description or proposed architecture — that means your draft technical volume and any architecture description documents behind it.
We'll also ask for one short review point. Before the final numbers are calculated, someone who knows the solution can look over the relationships QSLS identified and adjust any that don't look right. That keeps your team's knowledge in the analysis, and the math afterward works from what you confirmed.
The analysis takes up to four days (it may be shorter depending on the number of reports requested). Once the standards and mechanisms are identified, QSLS produces the computed results and analysis documents within that window. That's fast enough to use early in a bid, when a “should we pursue this?” question can still change what you do.
That window doesn't include your team's review time or the time it takes to act on the findings, so plan for those separately.
QSLS measures architecture, so it works best when the technical heart of the RFP is a system's design. We're probably not the right fit when:
